Role: Channel Partner Manager – Sales & Business Development

Role Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Channel Partner Manager to build and grow a high-performing partner ecosystem while owning a direct revenue target. This role combines partner development and direct sales, requiring someone who can recruit and enable partners, generate new business, and close enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and achieve revenue targets through partner and direct sales channels
- Recruit, onboard, and grow channel partners, resellers, and system integrators
- Develop joint business plans and drive partner-led pipeline and revenue
- Enable partners through training, sales tools, and go-to-market support
- Generate leads through partner networks and direct prospecting
- Manage the complete sales cycle from discovery and demos to negotiation and closure
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM
- Collaborate with marketing on partner campaigns and demand-generation initiatives
- Track market trends and competitor activity to strengthen sales strategy
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Business Development in IT, Software, or SaaS
- Proven success in achieving revenue targets through both partner and direct sales
- Strong understanding of channel ecosystems and consultative selling
- Experience managing enterprise sales cycles, negotiations, and customer relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Willingness to travel for partner and customer engagements
Preferred Experience:
- Existing network of channel partners or enterprise customers
- Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based solutions
- Exposure to enterprise technologies such as AI, Analytics, ITSM, AIOps, Observability, or Cloud
