Strong expertise in PTC Windchill. Proven experience in application support & incident management. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience supporting enterprise applications. Knowledge of SDLC & change management processes. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with Windchill customization (Java, workflows, configs). Knowledge of PLM integrations & data flows. Familiarity with ITIL / service management tools. Leadership experience in team handling and mentoring.
