Job Title: Trainee Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical)- Location: Rangpo, Sikkim
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Trainee Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our engineering team. In this role, you will undergo rigorous on-the-job training to bridge the gap between technical theory and hands-on industrial maintenance management. Under the guidance of senior engineers, you will learn to shadow, assist, and eventually lead a team of ITI technicians and electricians. Your primary focus will be ensuring maximum uptime of plant machinery, executing preventive maintenance, and maintaining the highest standards of electrical safety.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: ITI Electrician Trade
- Experience: Fresher (0 to 1 year of industrial or internship experience).
- Technical Skills (Basic Familiarity):
- Foundational knowledge of electrical machinery (AC/DC motors, alternators, transformers).
- Basic understanding of Switchgears, Circuit Breakers (ACB, VCB, MCCB), and control panel wiring.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) for basic reporting and tracking.
Salary Offer: For 6 months training period- will get Stipend of 10k per month along with Fooding, Accommodation and Work-related travel provided by Company. Will get company provided mobile recharge.
After Training there will be Probation period of 6 months, when he will come under the company payroll with all benefits like PF, ESI etc.
