Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical, engineering, and operational roles.
- Data & Analytics: Maintain and manage real-time recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and HR databases.
- Campus & Freshers Hiring: Coordinate walk-in drives and engineering campus placements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with technical department heads to understand precise hiring requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech or any Engineering background is highly preferred (to easily grasp our technical roles).
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply! Prior experience in technical/EPC recruitment is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, data sorting, duplicate management, and formulas) is mandatory.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
