Special Requirement: Own 2 wheeler for field work is mandatory.
Job Summary
We are looking for a competent and experienced Civil Site Engineer to supervise and execute on-site construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Study and interpret AutoCAD drawings, structural drawings, and other technical documents for proper site execution.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare and monitor material estimates and coordinate material requirements for ongoing site activities.
- Conduct site measurements and apply appropriate surveying techniques for layout, alignment, and level verification.
- Operate and handle Auto Level instruments and perform levelling activities at the construction site.
- Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for reinforcement works.
- Monitor the quality of civil works, including concrete, reinforcement, masonry, finishing, and other construction activities.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with approved quality and safety standards.
- Measure completed work and maintain accurate site records.
- Prepare and verify billing documents and measurements as per the Measurement Book (M-Book).
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Monitor work progress and report any delays, deviations, or technical issues to the Project Manager.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
- Maintain daily work progress reports and other required project documentation.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Good knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding AutoCAD drawings.
- Knowledge of material estimation and quantity calculation.
- Hands-on experience in surveying and Auto Levelling.
- Knowledge of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation and reinforcement works.
- Understanding of construction quality control and monitoring procedures.
- Experience in preparing measurements, M-Book entries, and contractor billing documents.
- Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle site-related technical issues independently.
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, or
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in on-site construction execution, site supervision, quantity estimation, surveying, levelling, reinforcement works, quality monitoring, and preparation of billing documentation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
