We are a growing BPO company looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our team. This role involves handling customer interactions through calls and providing effective solutions while maintaining high service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a polite manner
- Provide accurate information about products or services
- Maintain proper call records and customer details
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow company guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Customer-oriented and positive attitude
- Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years of age

- Job Type: Part-time / full-time
- Shift: 4.5hr rotational shift for part-time / 9hr rotational shift for full-time
- Work Location: Office-based
