- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
- Provide accurate information to clients, visitors, and staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Administrative Support
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Maintain visitor logs, employee directories, and office contact lists.
- Assist with filing, data entry, photocopying, and general office tasks.
- Support HR/admin teams with onboarding, document management, and small projects.
Office Coordination
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors (cleaning, maintenance, IT support when required).
- Ensure compliance with company policies for front-desk operations.
