We’re Hiring | Customer Support Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1 - 5 Years
What You’ll Do:
* Handle inbound customer calls and resolve customer queries efficiently
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
* Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
* Escalate complex issues to the concerned teams when required
* Meet quality standards and productivity targets
* Follow company policies and service guidelines while handling customers
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (Inbound Calling)
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night and graveyard shifts
* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
* Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred
