Responsibilities and Duties
CNC, VMC , MANUAL GEAR HOBBING AND SHAVING TURNING MACHINE MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE, REGULAR MONITOR
Responsible in troubleshooting the machines if there is any problem and complaint
received from internal team.
Responsible for maintenance and preventive maintenance of all CNC,VMC and manual machines
Make the request for the spare parts needed for the production machines and reduces 15% cost
of the production spare parts expenses
Operational and Processing knowledge on CNC,VMC, machine
Should have practical Knowledge on CNC,VMC machine maintenance.
Maintained records such as Daily Preventive check sheet, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance sheet, and Material utilization and Inventory sheet.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
5 years experience in auto component manufacturing unit with well knowledge in cnc vmc and manual machines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
