**Location:** Vesu, Surat
**Experience:** 7–10+ years (B2B Sales – SaaS / E-commerce / Retail-Tech preferred)
**Salary:** Up to 9 LPA + Incentives
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
**What You’ll Do:**
- Lead and execute end-to-end sales strategy
- Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Own revenue targets and drive consistent growth
- Set up sales processes, CRM systems & reporting
- Collaborate with marketing, product & onboarding teams
- Close key enterprise deals
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven track record in sales & revenue generation
✔ Experience in scaling sales teams
✔ Strong understanding of D2C / retail ecosystem
✔ Excellent leadership & analytical skills
