Core Responsibilities
- Business Development: Prospecting new corporate and social accounts through cold calling, networking, and site walkthroughs.
- Client Consultation: Acting as the single point of contact to determine guest counts, themes, and dietary preferences.
- Proposal & Contract Management: Drafting tailored event proposals, negotiating pricing, and finalizing legal contracts.
- Event Detailing (BEOs): Creating detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) mapping out timelines, layout, and food and beverage timing.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Partnering with the Head Chef, operations, and housekeeping to align logistics and staffing levels.
- Financial Management: Tracking monthly sales goals, managing event budgets, producing forecasts, and overseeing final invoicing.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Following up with clients to collect feedback, resolve complaints, and secure repeat business.
