Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
Location: Mangolpuri, Delhi
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and clients professionally.
- Answer and transfer phone calls.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Handle emails, inquiries, and basic office correspondence.
- Manage front desk operations and keep the reception area organized.
- Support administrative and office-related tasks.
- Coordinate with staff and departments as required. Receptionists commonly handle visitor greetings, phone calls, appointment scheduling, and general administrative support.
Requirements:
- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Polite personality and professional appearance.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (or as per company requirement)
Experience: 0–2 years preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
