- Make outbound calls to companies and HR/admin/procurement teams
- Introduce company products and services
- Generate leads and schedule meetings
- Follow up with existing and new clients
- Understand customer requirements and share suitable gifting solutions
- Maintain daily call records and lead updates
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams
- Send product catalogs through WhatsApp/email
- Build long-term customer relationships
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in English and Telugu
- Hindi is an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confidence in speaking with corporate clients
- Good follow-up skills
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to meet daily calling targets
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in telecalling/sales/customer support preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Experience in corporate gifting, printing, branding, or B2B sales is a plus
