As we continue to expand, we are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Front Desk Administrator to join our Chandigarh office and become an integral part of our growing team.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced education and migration consultancy environment. As the first point of contact for clients, students, and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while providing comprehensive administrative support to the education and migration teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and client communications.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for counsellors and migration agents.
- Provide administrative support to the education and migration teams.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Organize and manage student and migration files in accordance with compliance and privacy requirements.
- Follow up with clients regarding documentation and application requirements.
- Assist with student and client queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Support the team during seminars, workshops, and student information sessions.
- Create basic promotional videos and social media content for marketing and client engagement purposes.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to capture office activities, events, and client success stories.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration, preferably within the immigration, migration, education, or overseas consultancy sector.
- Prior experience working in an immigration or migration consultancy is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Professional telephone etiquette and email communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Comfortable creating videos, reels, and basic digital content using mobile applications
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer-service mindset.
