About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Admission Counsellor to assist onshore international students with their educational pathways and admission processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in the immigration and international education industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide students through program selection, admissions, and related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel and assist onshore international students regarding educational opportunities and program options.
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable colleges, universities, and courses based on eligibility and career goals.
- Guide students through the admission and application process from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Communicate with educational institutions regarding admissions, document requirements, and application status.
- Provide accurate information regarding study pathways, institutional requirements, and student support services.
- Assist students with preparing and organizing application documents.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the immigration, international education, or student recruitment industry.
- Knowledge of immigration processes and regulations related to international students.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Ability to handle multiple student cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
