Source, recruit and hire top talent for Envision Engineering, for a variety of professional positions
· Partner with various hiring manager across the organization to execute hiring plans
· Administer new hire processes including onboarding, orientations and announcements.
· Partner with managers on performance management, leads workplace investigations, recommends corrective actions.
· Identify opportunities to enhance the company’s existing culture to keep employees excited and engaged
· Employee relations, employee development & retention, and HR training
· Coach and counsel managers on employee relations issues, performance management and employee development
· Analyze Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Manager Feedback and Exit survey information and make recommendations for leaders
· Prepare proposal for employee recognition programs.
· Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
· Assist in succession planning and in building development plans for high potential and key employees to support our growth agenda.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
