Kitchen Supervisor for a reputed fine dine restaurant operating in the QSR segment. The candidate will be responsible for handling kitchen operations, managing KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) flow, maintaining food quality, coordinating with chefs and service staff, and ensuring timely order dispatch during peak hours. Candidate should have strong team handling skills, kitchen coordination experience, hygiene knowledge, and ability to manage high-volume operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff
- Ensure smooth KOT management and timely order execution
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance
- Coordinate with service team for order accuracy
- Monitor inventory, wastage, and kitchen discipline
- Handle rush hours and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train junior kitchen staff and maintain productivity
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in QSR / Fine Dine kitchen operations
- Strong knowledge of kitchen workflow and KOT handling
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
