We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP FICO modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems. This role requires a deep understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes, coupled with strong technical expertise in SAP FICO functionalities, including S/4HANA.
- Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP FICO implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and company policies.
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing (CO-PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the quality and integrity of SAP FICO solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing SAP FICO functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other SAP module consultants (SD, MM, PP, HR) and technical teams (ABAP, Basis), to ensure integrated solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user manuals.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to end-users.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO functionalities, particularly in S/4HANA, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Assist in data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP FICO.
