The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, finding potential clients, building relationships, and converting prospects into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through online research, LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other channels
- Identify potential clients who require consultancy and marketing services
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Connect with decision-makers and schedule business meetings
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Follow up with prospects and manage client communication
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition
- Experience in consultancy, digital marketing, IT services, or agency sales will be preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently research and generate leads
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an advantage
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, website development, or business consulting
- Knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting and email outreach
- Experience handling B2B clients
