Locations: Rajkot, Metoda, Shapar, Ravki & Pipaliya
Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Salary:
- HR Executive – Up to ₹30,000 CTC
- HR Manager – Up to ₹60,000 CTC

Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and proactive HR professionals to manage Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Payroll Coordination, Administration, and Compliance activities for growing manufacturing companies across Rajkot locations.
Major Responsibility: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Approx. 70%)

End-to-end Recruitment & Joining Formalities
Hiring for Engineers, Staff, Operators & Plant Manpower
Payroll Coordination & Attendance Management
HR Documentation & Employee Records
Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling
Training & Induction Coordination
HR MIS & Reporting
Compliance Support (PF, ESIC, Leave, etc.)
Administration Coordination – Canteen, Security, Transport, Housekeeping
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate / MBA HR / Relevant Qualification
Experience in HR & Recruitment
Manufacturing industry experience preferred
Good communication & coordination skills
Knowledge of HR operations & labor compliance
Hands-on experience with Job Portals & HR Software
