Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with strong 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) experience, hands-on SAP/WMS knowledge, and excellent operational leadership skills. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, manage inventory accuracy, coordinate with 3PL partners, and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, storage, and dispatch.
- Oversee 3PL partner performance to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are met.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
- Use SAP/WMS systems for warehouse transactions, reporting, and stock control.
- Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff for high performance.
- Prepare and share reports, dashboards, and MIS with management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
