Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation as per statutory requirements.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
- Handle payroll coordination and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. • Address employee queries, grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in policy formulation, implementation, and HR process improvements.
- Coordinate with management on manpower planning and HR strategy.
- Generate HR-related MIS reports and maintain confidentiality of employee data. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration/Management (MBA HR preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in manufacturing/industrial setup.
- Good knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. • Proactive and detail-oriented with ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
