We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our growing Contracts Division team in Chennai. If you have experience in civil, infrastructure, or piling projects and strong commercial awareness, we’d like to hear from you.
Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Qualification: Diploma / B.E – Civil Engineering
Experience: 2–8 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Quantity take-offs from drawings and preparation of BOQs.
- Client billing, subcontractor billing, and reconciliation.
- Rate analysis and cost monitoring of project activities.
- Verification of work quantities and preparation of billing documentation.
- Coordination with project, planning, and procurement teams.
- Support tendering and contract documentation activities.
Requirements
- Experience in civil construction / piling / infrastructure projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of drawings, measurements, and billing procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity estimation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
