Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Thane
Process Details:
- 20% Calls | 80% Chat
- Handling customer queries via social media platforms, chat, and inbound calls
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries through chat, email, and inbound calls
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer concerns
- Maintain high-quality communication standards (V4 level)
- Ensure customer satisfaction and positive experience
- Follow process guidelines and meet defined KPIs
- Document customer interactions and update records
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in email/chat/inbound calling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (V4 level)
Salary:
Shift Timings:
- 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Rotational shifts
Week Off:

Pay: ₹23,000.00 per month
