We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage end-to-end operational and support activities for our dealer network. The role involves dealer onboarding, issue resolution, internal coordination, and ensuring high service quality and dealer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for dealers for operational and support-related queries.
- Coordinate dealer onboarding, documentation, and system access.
- Handle service requests, complaints, and escalations within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with technical, field, and backend teams for issue resolution.
- Track device installation, activation, tagging, and service status.
- Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions, tickets, and resolutions.
- Provide regular status updates and basic reports to management.
Requirements
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking abilities..
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
