Job Summary
Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive property sales through both direct customer acquisition and channel partner (broker) networks. The candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with brokers, generating new leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and team coordination skills along with a good understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
- Generate sales through both direct customers and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with the legal, CRM, and management teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Maintain records of leads, site visits, bookings, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional events, and broker meets.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales or business development.
- Experience in managing channel partner networks and direct sales is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in channel partner/broker relationship management.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and property sales process.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
