Summary: We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter PLM Solution Architect to define and deliver enterprise-scale PLM solutions integrated with SAP, MES, Polarion, and Data Lake platforms. The architect will be responsible for end-to-end solution design, integration architecture, customization strategy, and technical governance across Teamcenter implementations. The role requires deep expertise in Teamcenter architecture, T4EA, SOA-based integrations, and strong stakeholder collaboration. Professional & Technical Skills: - Architecture & Design: - Define end-to-end PLM solution architecture using Siemens Teamcenter. - Design scalable and secure integration architectures between Teamcenter and: - SAP (ECC / S4 HANA). - MES systems. - Polarion ALM. - Enterprise Data Lake platforms. - Define customization strategy using SOA, ITK, and T4EA, ensuring minimal core customization. - Create logical, physical, and integration architecture diagrams. - Establish data models, canonical data structures, and interface contracts. - Technical Leadership & Governance - Act as the technical authority for Teamcenter implementations. - Review and approve solution designs, code, and configuration artifacts. - Define best practices, coding standards, and integration guidelines. - Ensure compliance with Siemens PLM best practices and enterprise architecture standards. - Guide development teams during implementation and issue resolution. - Evaluate impact of upgrades, patches, and new Siemens releases. - Integration & Enterprise Systems - Architect SAP–Teamcenter integrations using T4EA for BOM, Change, Material, and Document flows. - Design MES integration patterns for manufacturing process and execution alignment. - Define PLM–ALM integration architecture with Polarion for requirements and traceability. - Architect data ingestion from Teamcenter to Data Lake platforms for analytics and reporting. - Select and design middleware, messaging, or event-driven integration approaches when required. - Stakeholder & Delivery Management (Added Value) - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Support presales activities, solution estimation, and technical proposals. - Provide technical leadership during UAT, deployment, and production support. - Mentor and coach Teamcenter developers and integration engineers. - Prepare and present architecture documents to technical and non-technical audiences. - PLM & Teamcenter Architecture. - Deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter architecture and deployment models. - Strong experience with: - T4EA (Teamcenter Gateway for Enterprise Applications) - SOA (Java / C++) - ITK (design and governance level) - Expertise in BMIDE data modeling, workflows, and business rules. - Strong understanding of Teamcenter security, performance, and scalability. - Integration Architecture. - SAP integration architecture using T4EA (ECC / S4 HANA). - MES integration architecture in manufacturing environments. - Polarion–Teamcenter integration for ALM–PLM traceability. - Data Lake architecture (Azure, AWS, or GCP). - REST/SOAP services, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures. - Knowledge of middleware platforms (Dell Bhoomi, MuleSoft, SAP CPI, Kafka, etc.) is a plus. - Technology & Tools: - Strong background in Java and/or C++ (architecture and design level). - Database design and performance tuning (Oracle / SQL Server). - DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for PLM solutions. - Experience with cloud and hybrid deployment models. - Familiarity with enterprise security, IAM, and compliance standards. - Domain & Business Knowledge - Expert understanding of PLM processes: - BOM Management - Change Management - Document Management - Manufacturing Integration - Experience in High-tech, Battery Lifecycle management domains is a plus - Understanding of digital thread and digital twin concepts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have 8–12 years of PLM experience, including solution architecture roles. - Bachelor s or master s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - A 15-year full time education is required.
