Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Windows OS Administrator with strong expertise in enterprise Windows infrastructure, server administration, troubleshooting and system maintenance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Windows Server environments and ensuring system availability, security and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Windows Server environments across enterprise infrastructure.
Perform server configuration, administration, patching and upgrades.
Manage system security, access controls and server hardening.
Monitor server health, performance, availability and capacity.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows OS and infrastructure issues.
Support backup, recovery and disaster-recovery activities.
Manage system deployments, upgrades and configuration changes.
Work with Active Directory, DNS and DHCP environments.
Maintain system documentation, procedures and operational records.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security and application teams.
Provide production support and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
Required Skills
5–8 years of experience in Windows OS / Windows Server Administration.
Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.
Good knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and Windows security.
Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP and networking fundamentals.
Experience in server patching, upgrades and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of monitoring, performance and capacity management.
Understanding of backup and disaster-recovery processes.
PowerShell/scripting knowledge is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
