We are looking for a creative and organised executive assistant to join a nutritionist's practice in Bandra West. The primary role will involve designing personalised diet plans, client documents and social media content, along with occasional video shooting. You will also support with basic practice operations and admin tasks to help the practice run smoothly.

Key responsibilities
DESIGN & CONTENT CREATION
- Design personalised diet plans, meal charts and client resources (using Canva or similar tools)
- Create social media posts, reels covers, infographics and other creatives
- Shoot photos and videos for social media (as and when required)
- Edit and format short videos/reels (basic editing)
- CLIENT & PRACTICE SUPPORT
- Assist the nutritionist during client appointments (as needed)
- Help in preparing and formatting diet plans and documents
- Maintain and organise client records
- Support with client communication and follow-ups
ADMIN & OPERATIONS
- Prepare reports, presentations and charts
- Assist with billing and invoice generation
- Handle day-to-day admin tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Support with general computer and digital tasksRequirements
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools (compulsory)
- Good sense of design, aesthetics and visual storytelling
- Comfortable shooting photos and videos (smartphone) and basic video editing
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong computer and digital literacy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail - especially for client records and diet plans
- Reliable, punctual and well-organised
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client health information
- Interest in nutrition, health and wellness (prior knowledge is a plus, but not required)
Good to have
- Basic video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, VN, InShot or similar)
- Experience creating social media content for health, wellness or lifestyle brands
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
