Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and Business Intelligence, with experience in transforming complex data into actionable insights. You will work closely with business stakeholders to build dashboards, automate reporting, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify business trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
- Write advanced SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
- Automate reporting and data processing using Python.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation.
- Build KPI reports and executive dashboards.
- Support ETL processes and data modeling initiatives.
- Apply statistical techniques for forecasting and business analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analytical solutions.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Data Analytics or Business Intelligence experience.
- Advanced SQL (Joins, CTEs, Window Functions, Stored Procedures).
- Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn).
- Power BI (DAX, Power Query).
- Tableau.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Data Modeling and ETL.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Azure or AWS.
- Databricks or PySpark.
- Experience in Finance, Banking, Retail, Marketing, or Consulting domains.
Pay: ₹50,214.04 - ₹100,159.49 per month
