Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with customers for vehicle servicing and service reminders
- Promote service packages, AMC, and other service-related sales
- Generate service appointments and ensure customer visit conversions
- Take customer feedback after service completion
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer database and update records regularly
- Coordinate with service advisors and workshop team for smooth operations
- Improve customer retention and service sales performance
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/service sales targets
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer handling and convincing skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM handling)
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
