Job Overview
Reporting to the Manager of Interactive Game Client Development, The Software Engineer I – Interactive (Backend) supports the development and maintenance of game engines and backend services that power interactive casino games. This role focuses on implementing well-defined features and learning engine architecture under guidance.
Responsibilities

Implement backend features using defined designs and standards

Write clean, maintainable server-side code

Debug and fix backend issues with guidance

Write basic unit tests and support integration testing

Collaborate with client engineers to support feature integration

Assist with post-release maintenance and bug fixes
Skills/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar preferred or equivalent work experience

Proficiency in C# or similar backend language

Understanding of object-oriented programming principles

Familiarity with Git and issue-tracking tools

Interest in backend systems or game engines

Must be a team player and be able to work in a customer-oriented & fast-paced environment

Gaming experience, a plus
