We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Executive to manage payroll administration, employee-related processes, supplier payments, and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, coordinating employee compensation reviews, managing vendor payments, and supporting the hiring process from candidate sourcing to interview scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain employee payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage payroll records and related employee documentation.
- Coordinate and administer annual salary reviews and increments.
- Process and monitor payments to suppliers and vendors.
- Maintain records of supplier invoices and payment transactions.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including screening applications and coordinating with candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and management.
- Support employee on-boarding and related administrative activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and financial information.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
