We’re hiring a Marketing & Growth Associate.
This is not a typical social media role.
We’re looking for someone who understands how content, people, and opportunities come together to build a brand.
If you’re someone who:
- Understands Instagram and LinkedIn deeply
- Knows how content works, not just how to post
- Can coordinate teams and get things executed
- Can spot opportunities and act on them
This role might be for you.
What you’ll do:
1. Social Media & Content Flow
- Oversee Instagram and LinkedIn content
- Work closely with editors, designers, and content team
- Ensure consistency, quality, and relevance
2. Team Coordination (Account Manager Mindset)
- Act as the bridge between all marketing team members
- Ensure timelines, deliverables, and communication are aligned
- Get things executed without constant follow-ups
3. Research & Opportunity Mapping
- Identify relevant events, communities, podcasts, and platforms
- Find the right people and opportunities for brand visibility
4. Outreach & Closures
- Reach out to event organizers, collaborators, and partners
- Coordinate and close speaking gigs, collaborations, and appearances
5. Event & Growth Planning
- Support planning and execution of brand events
- Bring ideas to increase visibility and reach
What I’m looking for:
- 3–4 years of experience in marketing / social media / growth roles
- Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn ecosystems
- Ability to coordinate teams and manage execution
- Strong research and outreach skills
- Good communication and follow-through
- Know how to work with numbers, knowledge of performance marketing
