Dispatch & Packing Executive Position
Overview
We are seeking an active, detail-oriented, and reliable Dispatch & Packing Executive to handle our daily product packaging and shipment processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that all finished goods are securely packed, accurately labeled, and systematically loaded for safe dispatch to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe Product Packaging: Securely pack finished goods using appropriate materials (boxes, crates, bubble wrap, or strapping tape) to prevent any damage during transit.
- Labeling & Verification: Verify product codes, quantities, and serial numbers against invoice challans or packing lists before sealing packages.
- Dispatch Documentation: Attach accurate shipping labels, delivery challans, and addressing info on packages. Assist in maintaining dispatch logbooks.
- Loading & Unloading: Coordinate and assist in loading packed goods into transport vehicles and unloading incoming raw materials or returns.
- Inventory & Maintenance: Keep the packing and dispatch area clean, organized, and properly stocked with packing materials.
Requirements & QualificationsEducation
- 10th Standard (SSC) or 12th Standard (HSC) Pass.
Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a packing, warehousing, dispatch, or logistics environment.
Key Skills Needed
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical work, including lifting packages, packing boxes continuously, and standing for extended durations.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in checking quantities and reading product labels to ensure error-free dispatches.
- Basic Literacy: Ability to read and understand basic English/Hindi labels, invoices, and shipping addresses.
