Job Summary:
The Placement Executive – Talent Acquisition & Corporate Relations will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients and hiring partners. The role focuses on business development, employer engagement, and coordinating recruitment initiatives to support talent deployment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, connect, and build strong relationships with corporate clients, HR leaders, talent acquisition managers, and hiring partners for talent deployment and recruitment collaborations.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, corporate meetings, and field visits.
- Negotiate, draft, and execute MoUs / Service Agreements with organizations for internship programs, entry-level hiring, and recruitment partnerships.
- Develop, manage, and continuously expand the corporate engagement and employer partner database, ensuring long-term strategic alliances.
- Collaborate closely with internal training, operations, and career services teams to align industry hiring requirements with candidate skill sets.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate campus hiring programs, recruitment drives, virtual interviews, and employer engagement events.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets related to client onboarding, hiring partnerships, and talent deployment.
- Collect structured feedback from employers and recruiters to enhance candidate quality, hiring outcomes, and employer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain regular MIS and performance reports on client interactions, agreements signed, hiring progress, and recruitment metrics.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
