Team: Creative Team (Quality department)
Location: Chennai
Responsible for quality checking animated files by reviewing character proportions, facial features, lip-sync, movements, and overall visual consistency. Identifies errors, documents feedback, and coordinates with relevant production teams to ensure the final animation meets quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Verify sets, backgrounds, assets, and character elements required for assigned concepts.
- Ensure character proportions, scale, and design consistency throughout animation sequences.
- Check accurate placement of facial features, body parts, and expressions.
- Validate lip-sync accuracy between dialogue/audio and mouth movements.
- Identify animation issues such as incorrect poses, timing errors, missing frames, overlaps, and continuity problems.
- Document and communicate feedback clearly to animators, rigging artists, compositors, and production teams.
- Recheck corrected shots to confirm issues have been resolved and quality standards are met.
Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Basic understanding of 2D and/or 3D animation pipelines
- Creativity and visual awareness
- BFA or any animation-related qualification
