- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of issues.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or products.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
Candidate Attributes
- Any graduate (preferred).
- Good communication skills (written & spoken).
- Basic understanding of software products or willingness to learn.
- Patience, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.
