Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to support our sales team by providing technical expertise, product demonstrations, solution design, and customer consultation. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer business needs, helping drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and business challenges.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical workshops for prospective customers.
- Develop and deliver customized technical solutions that meet customer needs.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and solution documentation.
- Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and technical inquiries.
- Provide pre-sales technical support throughout the sales cycle.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Assist customers with technical evaluations, proof-of-concept (POC) activities, and product trials.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted technical advisor.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
- Support post-sale activities when needed to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, pre-sales, or a related role.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
