About the Role
HOSCO Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Tender Executive with a strong background in Medical Equipment Tender Management. The candidate must have hands-on experience in handling Government and Private Tenders related to medical equipment. Candidates from other industries will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Government & Private Tenders for Medical Equipment.
- Prepare and submit bids through GeM Portal, CPP Portal, and other e-Tender portals.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, hospitals, and internal teams.
- Manage tender documentation, compliance, and bid submissions.
- Follow up on tender status, purchase orders, and contract execution.
- Maintain accurate records of all tender activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Medical Equipment Tender Management is mandatory.
- Experience in the Medical Equipment, Healthcare, IVD, Diagnostics, or Laboratory Equipment industry is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with GeM Portal, CPP Portal, and Government & Private e-Tender Portals.
- Strong knowledge of tender documentation, technical specifications, and commercial bid preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Only candidates with prior experience in Medical Equipment Tender Management should apply. Applications from other industries or candidates without medical equipment tender experience will not be considered.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
