Education:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts CPA, CA, CWA qualification is an added advantage
Must Have Skills:
1) Good communication skills – Verbal and written
2) Basic understanding of Record to Report Processes
Good-to-Have Skills:
1) Good Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
2) Capability to work under time pressure in a dynamic environment
Job Responsibilities
1) Passing Journal Entries and Ledger Postings
2) Accounting to Fixed Assets transfer
3) Thorough working knowledge of Lease Accounting
4) Preparation of balance sheet recons
5) Working of Tax Reconciliations & Bank Reconciliations
6) Passing Intercompany Accounting entries
7) Statutory & Monthly Financial Reporting
8) Preparation / maintenance of schedules for accruals and prepayments
9) Clearing bank open items on daily basis by working with other towers
