Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Incharge to manage insurance operations, coordinate with insurance providers, and ensure timely processing of claims and approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and policy coverage.
- Handle pre-authorization requests and obtain approvals from insurance companies.
- Process, submit, and track insurance claims accurately and within deadlines.
- Follow up on pending claims and reimbursements.
- Resolve claim rejections and insurance-related issues.
- Maintain accurate insurance records and documentation.
- Coordinate with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
- Prepare insurance reports and maintain claim status records.
- Ensure compliance with insurance guidelines and company policies.
- Supervise and support insurance department staff when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in insurance coordination, medical billing, or healthcare administration preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of insurance claim processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
