Job Title: CNC Operator – Fresher
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Reporting To: Production Supervisor / Shift In-Charge
Location: Perungudi, Chennai
Job Summary
The CNC Operator is responsible for operating CNC machines to produce quality components as per production requirements. Freshers will receive on-the-job training to understand machine operations, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines under the guidance of supervisors.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Monitor machine operations and report abnormalities immediately.
- Measure components using basic measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, etc.).
- Follow production drawings and work instructions.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure defect-free production.
- Keep the machine and work area clean and organized (5S).
- Follow safety rules and wear the required PPE.
- Record production details in the production log.
- Assist in routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Eligibility
- ITI (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, CNC Operator) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machines and engineering drawings is preferred.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
