● Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
● Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
● Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company.
● Coordinating interview schedules and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers.
● Maintaining accurate records of candidates and the recruitment process in our HR systems.
● Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.
● Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for all employees.
● Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, contracts, attendance, performance evaluations, and training records.
● Coordinate with colleges and universities and conduct campus visits to facilitate recruitment drives and identify potential candidates.
● Prepare reports on recruitment, payroll, and employee-related matters for management.
● Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
● Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
● Creating clear and concise reports.
● Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
● Handle confidential matters with discretion.
● Maintain a facility that is organized and meets to our quality standards at all times.
● Adhere to timelines/deadlines as directed by the Managers & Business Owners
