Provide administrative, clerical, and front-office support to ensure smooth business operations, efficient communication, and excellent customer service. Act as the first point of contact for clients, while supporting internal teams with documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Prepare, format, and manage documents, reports, and presentations.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval.
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Customer Support
- Respond to client inquiries and direct them to appropriate departments.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support service quality initiatives and feedback collection.
- Business Management Assistance
- Support managers with data entry, reporting, and workflow tracking.
- Coordinate internal communications and circulate notices.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and audits.
Skills & Competencies

- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or receptionist roles.
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, phone systems).
