Dealer & Distributor Development Executive – Mannol Lubricants India
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and appoint new distributors.
- Develop dealer, retailer, workshop, and fleet customer networks.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Visit workshops, spare parts shops, lubricant dealers, and fleet operators.
- Achieve monthly dealer and distributor expansion targets.
- Support distributors in increasing sales and market penetration.
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key customers.
- Submit regular market intelligence and sales reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in automotive lubricants, engine oils, or related aftermarket products.
- Must have prior experience working with or selling lubricant brands such as:
- MANNOL
- Castrol
- LIQUI MOLY
- Mobil
- Shell Helix
- Motul
- TotalEnergies
- Valvoline
- Petronas
- Fuchs
- Ravenol
- Existing network of distributors, lubricant dealers, workshops, and spare parts retailers preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Must be willing to travel extensively.
- valid driving licence preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,544.97 per month
