We are currently hiring for Retail Loans Sales Executive / Sales Manager roles for multiple locations across India.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field sales, referrals, open market, DSAs, builders, and dealers
- Promote and sell Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Vehicle Loans, Gold Loans, and Consumer Durable Loans
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure, and documentation process to customers
- Acquire new customers and maintain strong client relationships
- Collect and verify KYC and income documents
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain follow-ups
Eligibility Criteria:
- 12th Pass / Graduation
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Financial Services will be preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with field sales and target-based work
- Two-wheeler preferred for field sales roles
