Role Overview
RJ9 Solutions is seeking a Retail Surveillance & QA Monitoring Executive to oversee live operations across multiple retail stores in the United States. The role involves real-time monitoring, compliance tracking, and operational reporting to ensure store efficiency and adherence to company standards.
This is a mission-critical operations role requiring high attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV/stream feeds of retail stores across US locations
- Track employee activities, customer interactions, and store operations
- Identify and report compliance issues, policy violations, and operational gaps
- Maintain real-time logs of store performance and incidents
- Coordinate with internal teams for reporting and escalation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Track metrics such as:
- Employee presence and productivity
- Customer walk-ins and engagement
- Cash handling and transaction compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs and monitoring guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong observation and analytical skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, monitoring tools)
- Ability to multitask across multiple live screens
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discipline and reliability
- Prior experience in surveillance, BPO, or operations is a plus
- Work Schedule & Requirements
- Must be willing to work night shifts aligned with US time zones
- This is a fully onsite role (Hyderabad office)
- Weekly off as per roster (rotational shifts may apply)
Important Work Conditions
- The role requires late-night working hours and consistent onsite presence
- Candidates must be able to commute independently to and from the office during night hours
- Currently, company-provided transportation is not available for this role

- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
