SAP Business Analyst to work with business users and SAP teams to understand requirements, improve processes, and support SAP system enhancements.
- Gather and document business requirements from users.
- Analyze SAP business processes and suggest improvements.
- Prepare BRD, functional specifications, process flows, and test cases.
- Coordinate with SAP functional, ABAP, Basis, and integration teams.
- Support UAT, user training, and issue resolution.
- Track project progress, tickets, enhancements, and change requests.
- Ensure SAP solutions meet business, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Good understanding of SAP modules and business processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with business users and technical teams.
