About the Role
We are looking for an outgoing, creative, and confident Social Media Strategist / Executive who understands Instagram and loves creating engaging content. The candidate must be comfortable appearing on camera, interacting with audiences, and bringing fresh content ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Instagram pages, including content planning and daily execution.
- Ideate and create Reels, Stories, posts, and engaging social media content.
- Be comfortable on camera and actively participate in shoots and content creation.
- Identify trends and develop creative, relatable, and engaging content ideas.
- Coordinate shoots and work closely with photographers, designers, and content teams.
- Monitor page performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory
- Must have hands-on experience handling Instagram pages.
- Must be confident and interested in on-camera content creation.
- Outgoing, presentable, energetic, and highly creative personality.
- Must have completed a Digital Marketing course/certification.
- Strong understanding of Instagram trends, Reels, hashtags, and social media engagement.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge and relevant course completion can apply.
